Duluth Port Logistics Hub 2020 Revitalization and Expansion grant will fund a rail-served warehouse, repair 1,700 feet of deteriorating wharf walls, and add an on-dock rail. It will also build a new roll-on/roll-off deck, supporting the expansion and enhancement of port operations. This project is located in an Opportunity Zone. and received $10,500,000 in PIDP 2019.
